How To Give Yourself A Good-Luck Boost With Journaling

Four Tips To Get Your Good Luck Running

1. Begin your day with positive thoughts. Focus only on the things you want. You will manifest what you want when you have positive thoughts.

2. Start your journal entry with something you're grateful about. Do this everyday and see the reward. When you're grateful it puts you in a happy frame of mind. Things tend to work out the way you want it. You have less stress and you're able to deal with nuances.

3. Make yourself laugh. Find a book with jokes and laugh about it. You can find humor if you want to. When you laugh at things you've less stress and you don't take life too seriously. If someone laugh at you just laugh with them. Laughter is infectious. Just be the happy person you're born to be.

4. As you journal, write a note to yourself for everything you're and want to be. Appreciation of yourself is important for self-actualization. By appreciating yourself you're telling the universe that you're happy with you. Get rid of all the unwanted stuff and just appreciate you.
