Doing Good Deeds Can Have a Triple Effect

I saw the movie "Pay it Forward," on Saturday and it was enlightening. What a quantum effect we can all create with good deeds. It takes just a little effort nothing more. If we concentrate on helping others instead of ourselves we would be better off. There are so many people who need a little kindness. This kindness will help to spread joy in their lives. It might even change their lives for good.

What can you do today to help someone?

Pay someone toll behind you when you drive through the toll booth. When you're at McDonalds or Dunkin Donut pay for the person behind you coffee. When you do that look at the surprise on the receiver face. That alone worth the joy of doing good deed. You can hold the door for someone or volunteer to help your neighbor. There are so many things you can do to make a difference in the world.

My message to you today is to find something that brings you joy and begin doing it now. Pay it forward by encouraging others to pass on the good deed to someone else.
