Journaling Secrets Revealed
Journaling a free style of writing has many benefits to writers. This form of writing became popularized in the renaissance period. Historians traced journaling back to 56 A.D in China.
The benefits of journaling far expand our existence. Journaling offers the medium to capture one's thoughts and experiences. It is a form of free writing that builds your creativity, strengthen intuitive abilities, heal sickness, help people deal with trauma and develop self-confidence. This is the tool to use when encountering tough decision or trying to deal with life's challenges.
Case study
A retired educator used journaling to document her pain while her husband was admitted in the hospital. Everyday this retiree documented the medication the doctor prescribed for her husband. Her husband was admitted to the hospital because he had a terminal illness. Apparently, the doctor prescribed the wrong medication. This educator won her case in court through her diligence of documenting every medication the doctor prescribed for her husband while he was admitted in the hospital. This proves that journaling is a viable document that the court system used to settle cases.
Journaling a free style of writing helps people deal with stress, trauma, life threatening sickness, broken relationship, and a celebration of self.
Life's experience presents challenges at times as in the case of the retired educator. When an individual goes through a trauma such as dealing with cancer, he/she needs an outlet. Journaling provides that outlet. Journaling is a tool that gives instant relief of pent up emotions. It is an avenue to release anger and everything else. When you write exactly what you're feeling you're releasing. Healing takes place through the release of anger and anything that bothers the mind.
Journaling helps to focus the mind, free up creativity, give voice to the voiceless, organized thoughts, a premise for innovation, and a tool for healing.

"Living In The Moment A Case Study"
I had the opportunity to speak to Venita who took a month long trip to Europe without a destination in mind. Everyday was an adventure for she and her brother. They even took some space blankets just in case. Venita revealed that while living in the moment her senses were more in tuned to the universe. In essence, her senses were more heightened than normal. Every sight, sound, smell and taste was different. It was an experience to have an unplanned day and just go with the flow. Going with the flow brings excitement and joy to her and her brother. The idea of not knowing where they were heading was their joy.
I asked her if in future travel she would change her travel plans for something more definite and she replied no. By doing that, it would take away the excitement of living in the moment. What can you learn from Venita? Living in the moment is a leap of faith. Allowing things to unfold in due time offer more excitement than being in control. Every night Venita and her brother found shelter and a place to dine. All their needs were taken care of by the divine.
Are you ready to "live in the moment" and allow things to unfold by itself? Journaling allows you to live in the moment. Whatever you ask for in faith allow it to unfold in its own time. That is living in the moment. Grab your journal today http://snipurl.com/1e6xn and begin to experience living in the moment.
